Level of career growth and development, exposure to different types of projects, and the overall supportive environment.
They provide many opportunities to improve the culture and values of the company through committees, supporting LGBT initiatives, social cohesion, young professionals, Aboriginal reconciliation, etc.
I am still in a graduate role so bonuses are generally not part of an entry-level role to my knowledge. I was happy with my annual salary review last year and feel confident I will be rewarded accordingly in my upcoming salary review for the work I have performed
