The managers are very approachable, experienced, professional and have the ability to best lead team members as we build on our careers.

I appreciate the freedom to engage with my manager, and I feel supported by my manager. If I required engagement with my manager, they would be available.

From my experience so far, my manager has been quite busy with his own tasks and did not provide enough one-on-one time. Whenever I was given time, he was very informative and respectful and did not fail to guide me towards the right path. I wish he had spent more time focusing on graduates rather than project work. I also wish the team culture was more inclusive (I.e regular team lunches, meetups, etc.). Overtime, it felt like I was growing distant from the team.

My managers are pronominal. They are great communicators and organisers. Most importantly they are very comforting. I never feel anxious asking them for help or discussing any problems.

Managers are nice as people. But the pressure is there to be profitable which makes the relationship a bit unauthentic.

Performance feedback needs a LOT more work.

Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, want to help you grow as an engineer and don't leave you out to dry.

All my line managers thus far have been accommodating and understand that I'm still a trainee with no prior experience in the industry. They will guide me to a new role or adjust my current one if I speak to them and trust me to do my best in whatever task I'm given. They're busy a lot of the time which can create long periods of stagnation but when they're able to get in touch with me they always do their best to listen.

Yes, I'm very happy. They are accessible and approachable when needing advice or just a chat. Feedback is given very well, and I can see where I'm doing well and can improve through the thrive feedback sessions or through setting up a meeting one on one.

It is the best manager I have ever had! He is the good mentors who give me a chance to have a 1v1 meetings with 4 times a month. I got very good feedback for my line managers.

Steph Magor is one of the best managers I have worked for. I cant speak highly enough of her.

The managers specifically in the teams that I work with are very good mentors and have great communication skills. Outside of those, I have limited exposure to higher management but have heard minimal negative feedback from other employees at my company. Recognition of peoples works are frequent and feedback is frequent or provided on request
