How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Fairly relaxed expectation overall

I am working an average of 7.5 hours every workday. It is very flexible because I only have to maintain a total number of 37.5 hours every week.

Average working hours are 7.5 hrs per day, 5 days a week. We have the option of working from home upto 2 days a week, allowing us to save commute time and spend it on things we enjoy.

I am expected to work 37.5 hours a week, field days are often longer but our managers and PMs are excellent in reminding us and ensuring we don't exceed fatigue requirements.

It's the usual 37.5 hrs a week in the office. When out in the field, its generally 10 hrs a day but up to 12 depending on client expectation. These are fine working conditions. WSP is quite flexible with working from home which is greatly appreciated with my 1hr+ commute into the office.

Very flexible, but the unwritten expectation is you work more than the contracted.

Very Flexible as work gets done and deadlines are met

I work 40 hour weeks, with flexible hours as long as the 40 hour quota is met I.e. can leave an hour early on Monday as long as I work an extra hour another day of the week.

I start my day at half past nine and finish late, I can work from home if I wish to. The company has very flexible working hours.

Work from 7:00 am to 3:00pm and have the WFH options twice a week. It was very flexible when I feel uncomfortable with my health.
Graduate, Perth - 14 Aug 2024
Having flexible work hours is super valuable. I like having the freedom to work when and where I want (within reason)

We are expected to work our weekly hours, but there is no expectation outside of that. Overtime is allowed within my team, if necessary, but it is not expected. On a day-to-day basis, it is preferred that we work in the office 2-3 days a week. It is suggested that we are at least working between 10am-3pm but outside of that hour time of work can be flexible. We also have freedom to book appointments and other commitments during work hours if we make up the time later.
