The recruitment process has three steps:

2. Online Test + Video Questions
The test is composed of questions that follow the GMAT format, which requires critical reasoning and logical analysis, as well as business case questions. For Technology Consultants with a Data Science focus, code interpretation and quick coding questions (Python knowledge required) may be asked.
Visagio will ask candidates to upload a video answering pre-determined questions as a part of the online test. Videos are reviewed alongside resume and university transcript as a part of our screening process.
3. Online / In-person Interviews
Successful applicants will each be interviewed for 50 minutes by Visagio partners and consultants. Approved candidates will be contacted by the Visagio team to discuss the ideal start date.
TIP: Good communication skills help you stand out and share your ideas clearly with interviewers. Demonstrating an interest in the company and understanding our core values will also put you a step ahead.
