Pros & Cons
Great culture! So many amazing people to talk to and connect with. So many opportunities to participate and do new things. There are always things going on in the workplace and lots of freebies!!
Great culture and opportunities to grow and move into different roles/areas.
Big company so can sometimes take a bit of time to find answers for things/get in contact with people.
Being agile, it is hard to find your place in the beginning and get up to speed with how everything works

Plenty of opportunities to move into new roles, need to prove you are a hard worker and can learn on the go
There is a large focus on sustainably and many departments are implementing there own initiatives One that was just released when I started was an e-waste recycling program
we work within an agile work structure which allows squads to have the ability to support one another. Everyone is super supportive and make it easy for an individual/ team to succeed. Outside of work my team is also very sociable and we all get on with each other
From my experience, there are many women in roles of leadership which was great to see. Diversity is a big part of the organization and facilitating an environment where minority groups can thrive is a high priority for the business.
My daily tasks involved basic admin work. Once the admin tasks were completed each morning my day to day responsibility's would change depending on what project I was working on. It focused most on sustainably & improving customer experience.
I like it, it's quiet where the company is geographically located but vibrant in the office as there's lots of people and as it's such a big company there's a lot of rooms that're easy to get to and move around in. But is far from bus station if you did have to walk so it is why there is the shuttle bus offered. The company has literally thought of everything
I've gained general workplace resilience just by being around friendly colleagues and mentors. Everyone was ready to help me fit in. As for the development program, TWG has an online e-learning module that helps new employees get up to speed with the company.
