You need to develop a thorough understanding of what you are delivering and the challenges involved, as every day will present a new problem for you to solve.
Every stage involves a completely different scope of work, which make things interesting. It makes you never feel bored. There are always new challenges waiting for you to work out.
The main limitation, however, is whatever you limit yourself to. If you are willing to learn and not take things personally, then you can learn more and thrive.
If you are passionate and have the drive to learn you will find invitations to other construction sites, and contractor facilities will readily flow your way.
