Working at HPE introduced me to a fast-paced environment with self-motivated people united by a similar goal.

Throughout the Graduate Program, I’ve been challenged to improve on this skill by presenting to management, developing executive dashboards and communication packs for clients.

..The ability to gain insight into the strategy of a global company and how it runs its operations across the world is incredibly valuable.

Within the program I was also able to work in many different levels of the organisation, with roles in client account teams, service delivery teams, as well as regional strategy and operations, and technology teams.

There is an amazing group of people working within Technology Services in Canberra who are not only very knowledgeable, but also eager to share their experiences with the graduates and take the extra time to teach us and answer our questions.

I came in with a technical background and not an extensive IT background. However, the ability to grasp technical concepts, and apply my limited technical skills and knowledge to a variety of situations, has certainly come in handy.

I was only able to have the experience I had because I was flexible and was able to adapt to whatever came my way.

Aside from the impact I have made on the account, my proudest moment was being able to organize volunteering events for HPE employees with Ronald McDonald House.
