Management are really good, they make time when requested if you need to see them - you have regular check ins as well and they're always approachable, but without being over your shoulder all the time.

My managers are all incredibly experienced and approachable. They give plenty of time to answer my questions but also pass on responsibilities to me to help me develop. They are often busy however so it is up to me to ensure I stay in constant communication and ask for help when needed
Graduate, Wagerup - 31 Oct 2023
They are easy to reach and communicate to. However, they are sometimes very busy and do not get back quickly.
Graduate, Pinjarra - 31 Oct 2023
My managers and supervisors always provide really good support and feedback. They're regularly checking in with me and asking me if I'd like to explore different opportunities to up-skill or have new experiences.
