Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
The training has been good, however some of the rotation leaders are so busy they won't actually be able to teach you how to do the role e.g. how to be a ba. the company's internal education and training programs are good.

Most training has been on the job/in a team training. the company sets aside an hour a fortnight to upskill in anything you want - they have pluralsight and udemy available. training is often self-guided and not very structured, but that leaves you free to learn how you want.
