Great people leaders in hr services, super understanding of personal circumstances, super supportive of championing your career aspirations (via things like secondments, projects etc).

My managers have been great, communication has been good, they are accessible (especially if they are in the state you work). they are good at giving positive feedback, constructive feedback not so much. i have been recognised formally by my managers and that's been good to show for internal role transfers etc.

Yes however my experience is working more closely with a senior member of the team and not the pl themself. but to speak on the those senior members, no complaints

Most managers are perfectly suited and can bring out the best in their team. others should not be managers. most are respectful, understanding of you as an individual and want to see you grow. we have quarterly feedback cycles with goals, and praise/recognition is encouraged in most teams/areas.

All the managers i have worked under have been fantastic and very accessible. they are always open to questions grads have, willing to help and ensure you are on the right track. have had great support as a grad and great mentors. weekly meetings are often the norm for grads, with performance feedback as often as you request it, or at the end of each rotation.

All managers are accessible and always happy to chat. they give good feedback as well as support you.

Managers are always interested in your career progression. colleagues provide support and make good mentors beyond your grad rotations. praise and recognition is done through a centralised system which makes it easy to see all your achievements

We have a well established feed-back loop system in place. partners and seniors are frequently encouraged to provide meaningful feedback to juniors and we also have an award system to recognise work efforts and achievements (small or large) within the firm. lines of communication are very open. because partners have a kaitiaki (guardianship) role, they are committed to ensuring the well-being and development of juniors.

Managers offer great mentorship and are very supportive. they can differ in style with some being less hands on then others but i have never had a problem with a direct manager for myself. upper management also are surprisingly approachable.

Managers are accessible, approachable and friendly. They are generally interested in your development and try to be helpful where they can.

I have had multiple managers, all of whom have taken a vested interest in my work and development as a graduate.

From who I have met so far, most of them seem to be great mentors and very supportive to their team. Although some managers are supportive, they do seem to have quite a cold facade.

Managers are prepared and willing to develop young people within the organisation. Regular feedback rhythms, and recognition platforms exist.

Dependent on specific manager - some did not provide enough communication and I felt like I was not being helped or mentored. Others invested much more time and helped me do meaningful work.

Yes I am satisfied with my managers. They are extremely accessible and make great mentors.

Very accessible considering how busy they often are. Have always made themselves available to deal with urgent matters, and have set up a recurring fortnightly meeting to catchup with them and raise concerns, get advice, etc.
