KWM has market-leading training. The graduate induction involved an entire week of training. There is also ongoing graduate training over the first few months. Training includes tech training, legal research training, risk management training, training about the firm's strategy, structure and internal policies. There is then practice group specific training.

Our company has a very well managed and informative induction program for all graduates, which introduces the practice area and provides tools we can use in our work.

We get lots of opportunities for training.

There are many opportunities for training at KWM. All grads receive structured training, both general and at the start of each rotation for the specific practice area. The firm constantly has CLE presentations (both in person and online) which cover a huge variety of topics. Each team also holds their own ad hoc training.

There is plenty of training for graduates, some is scattered throughout the 18 month program but others are delivered in bulk sessions over a shorter period of time eg one week. I feel I've learnt a lot from the training across many different domains.

Very satisfied, we have a ton of generic graduate training, as well as team-specific training, and opportunities for more informal training and CLEs.

The formal training has been very thorough and good. We had one month intensive PLT which was beneficial because it alleviated workload at the start of our rotations. The induction sessions were informative and practical. And team-specific sessions have been particularly helpful since they delve much deeper into the substance of some of the work done. Informal training has been particularly good since the seniors in the team take the time to explain feedback, and run specific training sessions for the grads.
