My manager is very open and easy to talk to, they are great mentors of mine. Very straightforward for me, if there something needs to be revised for tasks he will ask me, and provide proper guidance and a holistic view.

My manager was an excellent mentor! She met with me every Monday morning and followed up with me and my tasks to ensure I had enough work and was able to make progress towards my goals, yet she didn't micro manage me. It was great!

I was paired with a mentor, and a back up for when she is unavailable. A manager/coworker is always available if any issues happen. They have multiple teams chats to send internal communications. They make sure to praise and recognize good work once a month at a team lunch with prizes.

They are very friendly and easily approachable. There is not hierarchal structure, everyone guides you around with your work like you mentors and peers.

The managers are approachable and are good mentors. The internal communication is usually through email, Microsoft teams. Performance feedback usually done straight away to check how the work is going.

My managers are always available and encourage me to ask questions. They never make me feel embarrassed about asking to repeat something if I don't understand it. They also don't pressure and understand that mistakes are inevitable when first starting. Their feedback is helpful and allows me to feel more comfortable or improve in certain areas.

The managers at Fuse are all very accessible and easy to get a hold of! We have a monthly review where we go over our progress from the previous month and have a chance to offer and receive feedback which is a great way of discussing any challenges/issues we've been having
