Career Prospects at Fuse Recruitment

It is great, I have seen Recruitment Consultants promoted to become Senior Recruitment after involve in the company for few years.

It seems like if you work hard and place a good amount of candidates, it's fairly easy to move up in the job.

The job experience I obtained was useful, however there was not any opportunity for me to stay at the company after my internship was completed.

I have not bee told of any.

I hope to get a return offer from the company which align with my future career as a recruitment consultant. Else, it is still a valuable experience to oversee how the whole recruitment cycle works.

The promotion opportunities are given when the employees show their dedication and commitment to the company.

I think its purely based on how good you're with your job

As I am only an intern I'm not aware of progression opportunities

Ability to progress and increase responsibility/bonuses. Takes about a year of showing consistent meeting of targets and KPIs

Definitely willing to promote people who show the right attitude and demonstrate the key values it takes to be successful
