It's different from team to team but across my rotations I come in at least once a week

Like I mentioned earlier, this is one of coles' strengths for sure.

It can be rather flexible. In terms of working in office, its team by team basis. I currently have only one main team day a week, but due to personal preference I aim to be in office 2 days a week.

This company promotes flexible working hours

Our company has very flexible working arrangements. If we need to take some time off during the day to go to an appointment, we are just asked to make up for this time another day. Also, if we work an extra hour or two one day, we are given time in lieu later on. So there is a big emphasis on work-life balance as a graduate.

Reasonably flexible, some teams do 3+ days a week in the office, some do once a fortnight

Happy with the hours of work, the company is flexible with hours (can start and finish at different times if needed).

Some weeks I come in minimum 1 day, some weeks I come in four days, so it all works out and balance itself.

They are very flexible with work hours - its more depended on your team really. Some people work interstate as well so are never in the office. Some parents need to pick up their kids from school so will log off for a bit and go pick them up. I work 40 hours a week but only go into the office 3x a week.

We have full flexibility of how many hours we spend in the office.

My contracted work hour is 40 hours. As I am on salary and paid in package, my hours are fairly flexible. If I spend more than 40 hours in one week, my manager recommends me to take some hours off the next week to ensure I don't work overtime.

I think it is a fair amount of hours. It differs day to day, week to week depending on the workload. There is flexibility to do work during the hours that suit you, so some days I will finish earlier (~4:00), while other days I might finish a bit later (~5:30).

Generally work 9-5 with a few hours leeway either side. Culture allows for short appointments throughout the day.

Lots of flexibility within your team. As long as you get your work done, hours are less important

I normally work 8:30 to 4:30 tuesday, wednesday, thursday in the office, and the rest of the week from home. The office is pretty empty monday and friday. My manager is really flexible if I have appointments or want to flex hours. I think most managers are, but it might vary per function.
