Coles supports a lot of charities and community events. This includes things like the magpies nest, fight mnd campaigns, etc.

The company is well involved in the community, supporting charities and initiatives that support many different causes. Leadership, specifically our ceo has outlined the responsibility the company has to its customers, suppliers and the wider public.

I don't know too much about it but there have been multiple volunteering and fundraising initiatives since I started working here :)

Sustainable sourcing deforestation free sourcing reduction of waste to landfill support of secondbite and other food relief charaties

There is a whole sustainability strategy at coles for the environment, human rights, ethical sourcing and other social issues. There is a lot of money raised for charities such as redkite (childhood cancer support charity) and fight mnd. Our team had a bbq to raise money for fight mdn and we're encouraged to get involved.

I've worked on campaigns for fightmnd, secondbite and redkite, so I'm aware of some of the many charities and communities coles is involved with.

In my area we do not focus much on this but what is shared with the business seems to be moving in the right direction.

We do lots. I've packed food crates for secondbite, worked on sustainability campaigns and initiatives as well as raised funds for charity.

Coles is extremely focused on sustainability and is doing a range of projects to support this. They also donate significant amounts to charitable endeavors.
