Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this position is part of a close-knit team that delivers the full range of People and Culture initiatives, programs, and services in line with the organisational objectives. This position presents the unique opportunity to develop and grow knowledge and skills in aged care and local government, working with state-based legislation.

Qualifications:
An amazing opportunity for a People and Culture Graduate to join a progressive aged care facility. Experience in the industry is not necessary for this role, they are looking for someone with ambition, initiative and a can-do attitude.
