We talk about energy and environmental issues a lot

Sustainability efforts like: renewable energy (wind farms, solar farms) general projects on energy transition, regeneration for coal sites, water security, are at the front of AECOM's work and a driver for the next 10 years. Sustainability is a big part of AECOM's future.

Feel like they're doing a good job

Quite a few programs and strategies in place. There is room for these to grow.

Don't know a lot about but from some presentation we have seen during town halls etc. environmental impact appears to be at the forefront of the company's mind

Sustainability is high on the list of priorities which is great to see

AECOM has an ESG strategy that is implemented on all projects.

The company works on a couple of interesting projects in the ESG and Carbon counting space. Although they do, clients with work are always a priority because you have to fill timesheets and show billable work so ESG work is just wishful thinking

Every project involves environmental assessment at the earliest stages of the project to achieve sustainability as it is one of the main goals.

Many projects and initiative to reduce our companies carbon footprint. Not only internally, but with the company's clients pushing them to use more environmentally friendly solutions. The company has an ever-growing environment and water team which directly tackle these issues.

There are ambitious goals and roadmaps to achieve sustainability targets in all areas of the business.

We deliver a nature-based solutions to clients.

Greens everywhere in the office. Garbage sorting well. Worm farm for fruit waste.

There is room for improvement, but they are heading towards the right direction in focusing more on sustainability

Extremely committed. The ESG department has been working continuously to impact the environment positively.

We are working towards more sustainable options within our designs and simply how the business is run.
