Salary at AECOM

Pay is industry average for the standing of the company. Haven't gotten a bonus, need to be given opportunities to shine to even try for them.

Currently being paid at the lower end of my bracket for the market - something that I have felt comfortable enough to raise with my manager and discuss pay rises moving forward. AECOM doesn't really do bonuses (that I am aware of) but does small cash gifts for performance (getting these can be difficult if your team lead doesn't have the time to submit the paperwork). Out of cycle (in April) pay rises are achievable but not all the time

Pretty standard for the industry - not the highest paying but not uncompetitive.

I think the pay is good, it could always be more, particularly as cost of living is so high, but compared to other companies, the pay is excellent

Remuneration is no longer competitive with LGA roles. Therefore, this job becomes more of an intentional investment into growing technical skills rather than a position that pays well.

It is what I expected by perhaps a bit on the low side.

The company is not very competitive with other engineering companies. The employees get paid less than competitors but have to do more work and strive to create high quality outputs.

For a graduate, I am satisfied. They pay increase from graduate to professional is comparable to that of first to second year grad and therefore, I do not think it is enough and is generally under market value.

This is an area where AECOM can improve. They do not offer any bonuses and the pay-rises are not amazing.

My salary is in line with what is typically offered for a graduate role in this industry. It reflects the entry-level position and responsibilities associated with my role. I appreciate that the compensation is competitive and meets the standard expectations for someone at my career stage.

Graduates pay is pretty set standard for industry no room for exceptional circumstance until you are no longer a graduate.

Pay is reasonable but set equally for all graduates (engineering or other) for the first two years, haven't found this happens at any other consultancy.
