Corporate Social Responsibility at AECOM

I think CSR is not as strong or supported as Sustainability across the business. They provide a volunteer day for each staff member each calendar year. AECOM has the means, power and presence to do more in this space. ESG, engagement and governance are part of the conversation but not drivers of the projects

Company provides volunteer leave and there are opportunities to participate in social give back programs.

Engaged a team of ESG influencers to work with teams to embed CSR. Company and team are committed in these areas.

There are several opportunities to get involved in CSR activities and you get 8 hours a year which AECOM cover to partake in these initiatives.

They are tied up with charities, and provide a day's worth of volunteer leave of your choice. There are also in-office events to support various causes and commitments.

CSR align and is one of the core values of AECOM globally. I haven't personally been involved yet. But locally AECOM does match personal donations to charities. Also, there is in place a volunteer leave day in which you can claim a full day of leave separate from your annual leave for the sole purpose of volunteering.
