I think CSR is not as strong or supported as Sustainability across the business. They provide a volunteer day for each staff member each calendar year. AECOM has the means, power and presence to do more in this space. ESG, engagement and governance are part of the conversation but not drivers of the projects

CSR align and is one of the core values of AECOM globally. I haven't personally been involved yet. But locally AECOM does match personal donations to charities. Also, there is in place a volunteer leave day in which you can claim a full day of leave separate from your annual leave for the sole purpose of volunteering.
